DIY : Scarf Camera Strap

Many of us are able to capture beautiful images in front of the camera, so why not create a little beauty behind the camera as well? We took our new Rhapsody in Blue Block Print Scarf and turned it into a super stylish camera strap!

Supplies:
  • Scarf (Click here to shop)
  • 2 D-Rings
  • 2 Lobster Clasp Hooks
  • Piece of Leather

Fold both ends of the leather piece into the middle.

Using a template, mark and cut the shape of a bow-tie. You will need two of these.

Attach the hooks to the rings and then thread the ring through the middle of the leather bow-ties. Fold in half and sew three sides, leaving the outside end open.

Fold the ends of the scarf accordion-style, tuck, and sew into the opening of the leather.

Enjoy your new camera strap!
